These two inch wide neckties from Jil Sander feature a minimal color band near the knot tie. One thing that I love about ties of this nature are how simple additions can set off the entire look. Oki-ni has them.

For Spring Summer 2011, Kean Etro is proposing that his Etro guys flaunt more colours, adorn more patterns and start having a rolling good time... be it at the clubs or at the beach! Alexander McQueen will be missed for his avant-gaurde styling and timeless design. His legacy still continues in the company and is seen in each collection. The “Asymmetric” cardigan is currently offered in “100% New Zealand merino wool” in dark blue. Today, the same cardigan was made for the Autumn/Winter collection in a silk blend in grey. The slim silhouette and modern S-styling button closure makes a great design. The shawl/turtleneck collar sets the tone for the season. A modern cardigan that would compliment the “turn-of-the-century” styling of “yesteryear.” It’s available at AlexanderMcQueen.

Paul Smith take a liberal approach to these cuff links as they feature a two-tone skull motif. Cast in nickel plated brass, the split design is distinguished by both black and white crystals with a matte black design. Undoubtedly the use of the matte black takes a great deal of the edge off the cuff links themselves had they been fully cast in white stones. Available now through Provocacao.

Next to the adidas Originals Nizza Hi Lux Giraffe, the above fur version is certainly among the most controversial kicks to come from the brand with the 3 stripes. London watchmakers Mr. Jones have just created “The Last Laugh” watch. Designed with the help of comedian William Andrews, the watch displays the time not through the indication of a set of hands, but via the skull’s teeth. Based on the commonly held belief that comedians are all secretly depressed, a concept often depicted by the “tears of a clown”, the watch is also a humorous play on the fleeting nature of life. The timepiece features a stainless steel case and a leather strap that is contrasted by white stitching and is limited to just 100 pieces. Each watch is numbered on the case-back and comes with an insert card that is signed by both William Andrews and Crispin Jones. The watch is now available from colette.
