A number of high profile stores ranging from the NY Supreme store, Kenzo Paris, JC/DC, Agnès b, YSL and colette Paris has become favored destinations for Paris-born graffiti artist Kidult to invade and vandalize. Again, fueled by protest and adrenaline, Kidult is back on home turf by tagging up another famous store.
This time, the Hermès store at Rue de Sevres felt the wrath of Kidult’s paint-filled extinguisher. The store was tagged with the word “LOVE” on the shop’s facades. Kidult has described his works as a combination of painting and poetry, but it is clear that some are not content with his act of “LOVE.”
