Celebrities Style at 2011 Costume Institute (MET) Gala Honoring Alexander McQueen

The annual Costume Institute Gala was held in New York City last night at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The theme for this year’s Gala was “Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty”, which payed tribute to the late designer who died last year. This star studded event was filled with A-list celebrities and couples, furthermore proving this was the place to be last night. Orlando Bloom was seen out in Paris with his pregnant wife Miranda Kerr wearing a biker jacket, grey Dior jeans, and a pair of Balenciaga sneakers in brown suede ($525 seen below in black and white leather) with a gum bottom. This is the first time I’ve seen this colorway and I wonder if it’s a store exclusive.
