Francesco Cominelli is one of the fashion editors at Vogue Hommes International, and also works as a stylist for publications such as Hercules, Blast and more. He became a street style star when street style blogs such as The Sartorialist and JakandJil continued to snap his unique take on men's fashion. Francesco mixes current trends in with quirky vintage pieces and one-off finds. He has a shoe box full of vintage watches, and has a particular love for leather backpacks.
He can also regularly be seen carrying an oversized leather clutch, along with a pair of vintage-inspired sunglasses and his blackberry. His wardrobe staples include patterned tailored blazers, suit trousers and loafers, while he also often dons oversized knits, smart printed shirts and leather belts. He said recently his style is derived from a number of sources including: "Miuccia Prada, Damien Hirst, David Lachapelle, Walt Disney, Shala Monroque, Tai and Rosita Missoni". While he describes his current style as a "mix of vintage, customized clothes and few new pieces".
