We can never get enough wingtips. And we’re loving the fact that every designer this season seems to be dropping a version of the iconic style. These here, from Thom Brown are relatively conservative, bearing much of what has historically come to be the essence of the wingtip. However, the Thom Browne models have some intriguing details.
The sole is a simple crepe, similar to that of a desert boot. This makes the shoe incredibly comfortable, as compared to a wood and leather bottom. Meticulous, white, contrast stitching pushes their street cred and the famous Thom Brown striped pull tab, adds a fun finale to the whole show.
